Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options & Rates
We currently offer the following delivery options for all UK orders: Standard Delivery (3–7 business days): £3.99. Express Delivery (1–3 business days): £6.99. Free Standard Delivery (3–7 business days) on all orders over £30. Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on order volume, product availability, or courier delays. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your order’s progress online.
Free Shipping
Clean Logic offers free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30. This offer applies automatically at checkout — no promo code required. Orders under £30 are subject to a standard shipping fee of £3.99.
International Shipping
Currently, Clean Logic ships only within the United Kingdom. We plan to introduce international delivery options in the near future.
