At Clean Logic, we believe that shopping online should be simple, secure, and respectful. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, whether it’s a change of mind or a product issue. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they arrived.

To request a return, just email us at contact@cleanlogic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and make the process smooth and efficient.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that some items cannot be returned, including:

• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout
• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
• Personal care items such as cosmetics or skincare, once opened
• Custom or made-to-order products
